Scheduled pool maintenance, chemistry diagnostics, and directions. Pool volume is determined by taking the pool length x pool width x pool average depth. In the case of a round pool, volume is determined by taking the pool diameter x average pool depth. Use this online calculator if needed.

Frequently asked questions
Here are some common questions about our company.
We manufacture our own line of pool chemistry products called Pool Pride. Several of these products are our founder’s recipes. Our chemistry is not cheaper than what you can get at big box stores, simply because Pool Pride chemistry is more concentrated, making it more effective in smaller doses.
We use the LaMotte SpinLab Digital Water Testing System that has been calibrated for Pool Pride water chemistry.
- We will respond to your contact within 24 hours of receiving your message
- We will contact you 30 minutes before we arrive at your residence
- We will knock or use a doorbell to let you know we will be in your backyard
- We will give you notice if we have to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances
When you agree to a service or maintenance schedule online you will submit a debit or credit card and you will be billed when service has been completed.
Champion Pool & Spa agrees to perform the following residential pool services for the Client.
1. Weekly Pool Maintenance:
- Skim pool surface for debris.
- Brush pool walls, steps, and water line.
- Vacuum pool bottom as needed.
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets.
- Backwash filter as needed.
- Digitally test water and add necessary chemicals to balance water chemistry.
- Inspect pool equipment for proper operation.
- Provide a service report after each visit.
2. Term of Contract
The contract shall commence on the date of signing online and shall continue on a weekly or bi-weekly basis until terminated by either party in accordance with Section 5.
3. Payment Terms
- Service Fee: Client agrees to pay Champion Pool & Spa for services requested and scheduled.
- Billing Cycle: Payments will be charged automatically to the Clients credit card on the day of service.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
- Ensure Champion Pool & Spa has safe and unobstructed access to the pool area and equipment on scheduled service days. Owners of automatic pool covers must provide key pad code or key.
- Maintain proper water level in the pool.
- Notify Champion Pool & Spa promptly with any issues or concerns regarding the pool or equipment.
- Keep pets secured during service visits.
- If Champion Pool & Spa is unable to access the pool area safely, a rescheduling fee will be applied.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract by providing seven days' written notice to the other party. Champion Pool & Spa reserves the right to terminate this Contract immediately without notice if Client fails to make timely payments or breaches any material term of this Contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
Champion Pool & Spa will perform services with reasonable care and diligence. Champion Pool & Spa is not responsible for damage to the pool or equipment caused by pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or misuse by the Client or third parties. Champion Pool & Spa’s liability for any claim arising out of this Contract shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services rendered under this Contract.
7. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
8. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether oral or written. Any modifications to this Contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
